Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail policies. Please read carefully.
1. No Returns for Perishable & Hygiene Products
As many of our products are perishable or personal care items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
This includes:
- Natural food products
- Homemade snacks and consumables
- Herbal beauty and skincare products
- Opened or used items
- Custom or bulk orders
2. Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- Packaging is tampered, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery
To request a replacement:
- Share clear, unedited photos/videos of the product
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and contact details
3. No Refund for
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Taste, smell, or texture differences
- Minor variations in color, shape, or appearance (natural/handmade products)
- Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivity
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Delays caused by courier services or external factors
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:
- Replacement is not possible
- Order is canceled by us due to stock or operational issues
Refund Details:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5โ7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order
- Once order processing or preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed
- Custom orders and bulk orders are non-cancellable
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
- Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery
- Delivery fails after multiple attempts
7. Product Usage Disclaimer
- Our beauty products are made using natural and herbal ingredients
- Customers are advised to do a patch test before use
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
