  • All other states and union territories

Highly perishable food items may be limited to nearby regions based on shelf life and delivery feasibility.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day
  • Bulk, custom, or festive orders may require additional preparation time

3. Delivery Timelines (PAN India)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days
  • South India (KA, KL, AP, TS): 2–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight of the products
  • Courier partner charges
  • Type of product (food or beauty items)

Exact shipping charges will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–2 times.

Delivery may fail if:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

Refunds are not applicable for failed deliveries of perishable items.

6. Packaging & Quality Assurance

We ensure:

We are not responsible for product damage or spoilage after delivery due to improper storage.

For courier deliveries, you will receive:

Local deliveries may be coordinated directly via phone.

If your order is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please report within 24 hours of delivery.
