Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • During festivals or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across selected locations within India.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 Business Days
  • South India: 3–5 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on eligible orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email or SMS.

Perishable Products

As we deal with food products, we recommend receiving and storing your order promptly according to the storage instructions provided.

Mithra Foods cannot be held responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage or delayed collection after successful delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mithra Foods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The delivery address is incorrect
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • The courier cannot contact the customer

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, or the order may be cancelled according to our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, Mithra Foods delivers only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
