How to Prepare

1. Add hot water and a pinch of salt to the flour.
2. Mix well to form a soft dough.
3. Fill the dough into an idiyappam press.
4. Press onto idiyappam plates or steamer trays.
5. Steam for 8–10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
